| Top Health Benefits of Infrared Saunas |
One simple benefit of the infrared sauna is that you can stay in them longer and much more comfortably. They're also as much as 90% more efficient than steam saunas are. In fact, you can run a small personal sauna for as little as five cents per half hour session. So what are some of the health benefits? Raises your level of "feel-good" endorphins. Because sitting in a sauna puts your body in a state of mild stress similar to that that occurs when you exercise, your body releases feel-good hormones called endorphins as a result. Therefore, spending a session every day in an infrared sauna can help alleviate such psychological symptoms as moodiness, "the blues," or even help alleviate depression. Elevates the level of growth hormone in your body. Because growth hormone is necessary for your body's ability to heal, burn fat, and stay at an optimal level of physical health, you need levels of growth hormone to stay at a certain level in your body. Unfortunately, as we get older, these levels drop. Taking a regular sauna will help improve your levels of growth hormone, which can help you heal faster, maintain muscle tone, and so on. May be therapeutic for cancer or heart patients. In many cases, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can help eliminate the drugs from their systems faster by utilizing an infrared sauna. This helps ensure that the drugs leave their systems after their usefulness is up so that they don't continue to be poisoned by them. In addition, patients with congestive heart failure may also be helped because of the passive cardiovascular conditioning that occurs when one is undergoing a sauna. Of course, one must do so with the blessing of a physician, but oftentimes, congestive heart failure symptoms were improved after patients used an infrared sauna on a regular basis. | Fancy Birdhouses - A Look At Some Unique Birdhouse Designs |
One of the more popular ways to add to the attractiveness of your back yard is to provide a habitat that draws in your bird population. Birds are a delightful member of your "estate" adding not only a pleasing visual improvement, but the wonderful sounds that accompany many bird species. But the story is incomplete unless we recognize that putting a birdhouse in the backyard also allows for flights of fancy as well. These are miniature houses, and generally the birds are indifferent to the exterior of the house, so it provides a great opportunity to add a twist that reflects the personality of the owner of the property. This personal expression can take on an incredible range of options. Here are just a few ideas that you can find: Church Birdhouses - These capture a variety of houses of worship. From the old traditions of the Byzantine eastern Christianity, to the stately Notre Dame, or a Gothic look, or to the simple country chapel, there is a church birdhouse design to fit your tastes. Victorian Mansion - Reflecting the best the era had to offer, this can be found in multistory designs, with the size and presence you would expect from a mansion. Log Cabin Designs - Echoing the architecture of the early settlers, you can find these made from traditional woods like fir, or more contemporary choices like bamboo. Stained Glass Birdhouses - One of my favorites, these are often simple designs, but have sides fashioned with stained glass that will capture are reflect the sun and add a visual appeal that is larger than the house itself. Face Birdhouses - A recently popular type of house, these are shaped like an A frame, but the front surface is a face made from a resin form. The faces available include a popular cat, where the bird hole is the mouth, along with a pirate face, or a frog, a tree leaf, or a deer with antlers. Painted Birdhouses - By simply adding a design with paint, the choices are endless. You can create almost any desired look with paint, and these tend to be relatively inexpensive as well. To see more about the unique birdhouses that are available today, including some stately church birdhouses or something more eccentric like cat birdhouses go to http://www.birdfeederz.com |

| The AFI Top 100 Films #2 Casablanca |
For those that find in them a certain joy every time the orchestra of film kicks, when those studio logos lighten the dark of the screen and the familiar trumpet notes sound, you know what I mean when I say that the greatest films ever made are a must see for everyone. Those top 100 or 200, or 500 films that everyone should see before they die. Film is subjective though, and there are many lists. Fortunately for us, the American Film Institute compiled a list of the top 100 films of the 20th Century. From top to bottom, the list compiles the greatest American films released in the first 100 years of cinema. Number two on the list is Casablanca, that classic of classics which produced some of the most memorable lines in movie history. Starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman, two of the greatest stars of their time and one of the greatest onscreen couples ever filmed, Casablanca tells the story of a bitter night club owner Rick Blaine in the Moroccan city of Casablanca during World War II. His long lost love, the woman responsible for his bitter and cynical outlook on life comes back into his life with her husband Laszlo, the leader of Czech resistance and a hunted man by the Nazi forces looking for papers that Blaine has. The history between Blaine and Ilsa is slowly unfolded and lain bare for the audience. The two met up in Paris when Ilsa thought her husband dead at the hands of the Nazis. When she finds hes still alive, she leaves Blaine without a word to return to her resurrected husband. The movie tells the story of love undying, and forbidden relationships, the looming threat of fascism and the battle between love and duty, loyalty and selfishness. The films ending is punctuated by one of the most memorable lines in movie history, Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. The film itself is an adaptation of a 1938 play by Murray Bennett entitled Everybody Comes to Ricks. It was renamed in favor of something more exotic, despite the entirely indoor filming. The film was shot entirely on lot and didnt break budget, anger executives, or end in tragedy. By Hollywoods standards it was a great success, and upon its release in 1942 was a massive commercial success as well. It released alongside the Allied invasion of the North African arena in which it was supposed to have taken place and to the critical and commercial success expected of a Bogart production, and eventually went on to win best picture in 1944. The film has been described as many things; anti-Axis propaganda, unbridled love story, youthful escapism, and even a standard case of the repressed homosexuality that underlies most American adventure stories" (William Donnelly). The films critics have been far and wide as its undergone countless readings and interpretations, from the Freudian to the simplistic. The idea that Rick is anything but an amalgamation of all of these interpretations is hard to accept. His name, repeatedly thrown about and shortened and changed by each character he interacts with and subsequently the manner in which he interacts changes how every person might view him. The hopeless romantic will watch with Ilsas perspective, while the stridently anti-fascist will take to Laszlos perspective. As to Casablancas greatness and place on the lists of the greatest films of all time, theres no debate. The reason for its greatness is hard to pin down. Theres nothing overwhelmingly incredible about the film; its not a leap forward in technology or storytelling. It breaks no boundaries of the genre, but it offers a beautiful story that no one can claim to dislike and does it with style. Every character is likable, the story is wonderfully pleasing, and the acting is classic 1940s Hollywood at its finest. While Citizen Kane broke boundaries of film making, Casablanca looked at all of those boundaries and walked right up to the line and sat on the top of the fence, crafting a film that excelled in every aspect. No film critic in the country would be able to tell you that this is not a great film. As Roger Ebert says, everyone involved in the film had been, and would be, in dozens of other films made under similar circumstances, and the greatness of ``Casablanca'' was largely the result of happy chance. The pieces simply fell together and a great film was born. I'm a self avowed unemployed writer, working on semi-constant basis to try and overcome the need to go and work a real job. | Cedar Wine Racks |
Wine bottles should be stored in specially designed wine racks so that they can be preserved properly without any damage to the quality of the wine. These wine racks are available in a variety of materials, shapes, and sizes such as different kinds of wood, iron, metal, wrought iron, and even in fibers in some cases such as thick and durable plastic. Wine racks made from wood could be made of cedar, pine or fir. Cedar is the darkest of all the three woods. Some customers express their concern over the pungent smell of cedar but after processing the wood, the wine rack has almost no bad odor. Even though this wood is dark in color, it can be easily stained and painted for decorative purposes just like any other type of wood. Cedar wine racks are also very durable and stable, which makes cedar racks ideal for wine storage. Wines are sometime stored for years. Hence, cedar wine racks that can stand the test of time should be purchased. They can also be easily modified to fit into any given space and area, as wood is more adaptable than metals. Cedar wine racks are also stainable, hence give a classic old-world feel to the buyer. No doubt, it is the preferred choice of many wine connoisseurs. | Short History Of The Bicycle |
The bicycle, bike or cycle is a human-powered vehicle that is driven by foot pedals. It has a basic frame with two wheels attached to it, one after the other. Almost 1.4 billion people in the world use this vehicle, and is obviously one of the most popular and cost-effective vehicles in use today. Not only is it an important and popular means of transport, but also an effective recreational tool. It has several uses such as police and military applications, courier services and cycling sports as well as adult fitness equipment. Introduced in the 19th century in Europe, bicycle has a host of innovators and inventors credited to its name. The bicycle is supposed to originate from the human-powered vehicle called Draisines. This was introduced to the people in Paris in 1818 by German Baron Karl von Drais. Kirkpatrick MacMillan made an upgrade to this vehicle by adding a mechanical crank drive that as used to drive the vehicle. Thus, the modern `bicycle` came into being. The French inventors Pierre Michaux and Pierre Lallement designed a high-seated and big front-wheeled bicycle (ordinary bicycle, as it was formally called) that wasn`t much preferred as of its bad weight distribution. The dwarf ordinary bicycle mended these faults but the front oversized wheel remained a problem to be solved. J.K. Starley`s 1885 Rover was the first modern bicycle in its true sense with even wheels and a proper seat. The modern bicycle has many parts. They may be jotted down as follows. Frame - Every bicycle today has a `diamond` frame, where the front triangle consists of the head tube, top tube, down tube and seat tube. The rear triangle consists of the seat tube and chain stays as well as seat stays. The basic of bicycle frames is to have high strength yet low weight so as to optimize the energy of the rider to the fullest. Women`s bicycles generally have a step-through frame. This defines that the top tube is absent as it allows the rider (usually a woman) to mount and dismount in a dignified way while wearing a skirt or dress. Drivetrain - The pedals which rotate the arms of the mechanical crank and chain rings and the brackets, all are elements of the drivetrain. They are used for gears and other related functions in the bicycle. Handlebars - The handlebars are one of the most important parts of a bicycle. Upright handlebars are used in normal bicycles while dropped handlebars are used in racing and mountaineering bicycles. The latter are used because they give aerodynamic steering and speed to the biker. Saddles - The saddles are varying depending on the journey and preference of the rider. Cushioned ones are usually used for short journeys while narrower ones are meant to give more space for leg swings. Brakes - Modern bicycle brakes are usually rim brakes that use friction pads to de-intensify speed. There are also internal hub brakes that have friction pads within the hubs that halt a speeding bicycle. Disc brakes are used on mountain, racing etc bicycles that need braking to be immediate and accurate. Suspension - A bicycle has suspension to guard itself from the hard roads and also provide comfort to the rider who has to face the rough road. Wheels - Wheels are necessary for a bicycle to run and reach its destination. Sizes, shapes and powerful wheels vary as per the rider`s needs and choice. Cities such as Lyon, Barcelona and Paris have used bicycling schemes to good effect. The journey of the bicycle with the human race has been long and important, and will continue to lengthen as long as the human race still exists! | How to Write Unique Articles |
One thing that every budding writer will want to know more about is just what does it take to write unique articles. Being able to write unique articles has a number of advantages, especially for someone that has a website that he needs to promote through posting unique contents. Publishers too are on the look out for unique content, and if they can get these for free so much the better. Nowadays there are several English writing software tools available in the stores which helps writers to write high quality articles without and grammatical or spelling errors. These English writing software programs come with spelling and grammar check tools and English proofreading software which not only eases the work of the writer but also helps the writers to write unique and quality articles without any mistakes. However, as a writer you need to be well aware of a particular topic will be able to write unique content. There are more tips that you will need to follow before you are able to write unique articles. For example, you should not rush your writing in trying to get the article finished in as little time as possible. Unique articles require writing and re-writing till you are thoroughly satisfied with the finished article. You also need to make absolutely sure that what you write is relevant and that the information that you are setting out is accurate and informative. A hallmark of a unique article is that it will attract a greater audience and so, when writing unique articles you need to ensure that the content is not general but specific. So, you should begin your article by writing about what you already know and to make the opening more impressive you need to have done your research beforehand so that the words that you put down hit the reader hard and arouse their curiosity to know more of it. After you have written your introduction, you can then provide information such as who and where as well as what, why and when there is a problem that you are discussing in this article. You can then restate the problem from the introduction in a different way and then offer a few solutions. Finally, you need to write a summary of your article that spells out what the article was all about. If you follow these basic rules, you should not face much difficulty in writing unique and informative articles. | Can Food Habits Enhance Snoring Habits? |
For several reasons the problem of nightly snoring has nowadays become a bigger issue more than ever before. When self-destructive types of behaviors directly cause regular nightly snoring, it will take the ways of hard work for mending your lifestyle of bad habits. One of the biggest problems of today affecting a large portion within the average population is that more people are now overweight or even being obese, than every before in history. Too much weight upon our bodies will most always cause regular nightly snoring. Extra weight goes everywhere, not just in the belly, thigh and behind areas, but also within the facial and neck areas too. The more extra weight around a person's neck area, the harder it is for the air flow to be completely clear while the soft tissue of the throat is fully relaxed during sleep. Another highly contributing factor of there now being more individuals snoring than ever before is our lack of rest and late night eating habits. In today's fast paced world, there is less sleep and more late night dinners, which both are found to sometimes contribute to nightly snoring. As for getting less than 5 to 6 hours of regular sleep, there can be the constant extreme tiredness that will contribute to snoring problems. Just as children snore sometimes when extra tired, adults often also will snore when always being overly tired. Food late at night, especially foods like cheeses and other dairy products can directly cause buildup within the throat, to block the relaxed airways during sleep. Although, just eating late night in general most any heavy meal, there are many foods that can contribute to similar throat airway blockage during sleep. But beverages of cold or warm milk before bed, cheeses and even ice creams are often linked to nightly snoring. Another strong link found to regular nightly snoring are the doctor's prescribed medications and over-the-counter medications. This is especially true for sedatives types of medications, but there are many more kinds of medications out there that are being used daily with the variations of certain ingredients that can contribute to regular snoring. If there is suspect that your regular medications may be the main contributing factor causing your snoring, any local pharmacist or your physician will gladly help you in exploring the side effects of every medication being taken. Other bad habits that may be a part of your daily regime are the smoking of cigarettes and or the drinking of alcoholic beverages, especially when there is too much consumed or the alcohol is consumed very late in the evening. Cigarette smoking brings many bad health related issues that the congestion of regular breathing only gets drastically worse while laying down to sleep. Alcohol more often than not, contributes to snoring because of the excessive throat relaxation while sleeping so deeply. While making the necessary changes within your daily life-style bad habits, there are many non-addictive and inexpensive anti-snoring products now available over-the-counter. There are numerous styles and types of anti-snoring strips, sprays, nasal drops, nasal clips, proper form fitting pillows and even variations of form fitting head, jaw and tongue anti-snoring devices to choose from. So with the easily available anti snoring options, why would you wait any longer to stop your snoring for good? There is surely an anti-snoring product out there just for you. | Your Office - Faxes, Software, and Phones Plus a $30,000 Tip |
In this article let's discuss setting up your office regarding printers, faxes, telephones and cell phones. What to get when and where. My virtual assistant (va) always saves me a lot of time and frustration with software programs I do not know how to run, so I can do what I do well, which is wholesaling, birdogging and flipping houses. Along with playing, and having fun of course. The software spreadsheet excel which I have no ideal on how to run that either. However, I need this for my financials and personal expense spreadsheets, which keeps all my finances and monthly expenses easy to read at a moments glance. The VA logs right on and sets up those charts and graphs for me lickety split, nothing to it! Remember time is a business person's greatest commodity. A va when, and as you can afford one saves tons of time and money. I have a Hewlett Packard or hp printer, fax, scanner, and copier. Mine is still an older ink jet. But I strongly recommend the laser style. Why? Laser is cheap to print, and does not smear. Well, in fact its a lot cheaper to print. Likely it rains where you are at, unlike here in Las Vegas. Rain and moister equals smearing. Laser may take a second or two to warm up but well worth the investment. Enough said on laser printers. Paper. I buy at Sam's Club the good kind. Why? Because I would rather spend a few dimes more on good paper that doesn't jam. It always happens. You are trying to get out the door to work or to see that motivated seller and needing to print a contract. You must be on time demonstrating your not some flake. But now you are held up trying to unjam paper from the printer. No thanks to that cheapo paper, you saved a dime on. The office phone, Recently I began using Magic Jack for our general phone. So far it works very good its 49.00 to buy it which pays for the first year of service as well. Then 19.95 per year there after. Much less expensive than using Ma Bell, Embark and more reliable than VOIP. Don't have it? I'd say get it! :) Your office fax, here is the priceless tip. I make thirty thousand dollars cash on a single wholesale flip when I received a fax that contained only these words in tiny print-on a large-blank-white-8.5x11- sheet of paper: I need to sell my house, my number is xxx-xxx-xxxx. I am serious as a heart attack that's all it said. And yes I made exactly that amount. The Lord works in funny ways sometimes, as I was able to pay off my daughters ten thousand dollar medical bill in one payment. Maybe just because I had a fax, and it worked. After that I was sold on always having a consistently working, and separate fax number. You should too irregardless of cost. So now I have Cox's Cable as my consistent fax provider, and its like 15.00 per month. I put my fax number, email, cell phone, and web address on all my advertising materials thereafter! Lastly yet equally important, the successful real estate investor needs a cell phone and s/he will put that number on all their advertising. Oh, yes and ALWAYS answer your phone. I cannot begin to tell you how many deals I have gotten because the motivated seller calls other investors who do not answer. How do I know this, trust me I ask them!

| Bed and Breakfast Trends |
In the current economic climate, more and more families are finding it harder to afford that annual vacation. As finances become tighter, the family vacation is one of the first luxuries that end up being sacrificed. It is no wonder that many hotels and vacation facilities are seeing a decline in visitors at present and some of them are struggling to continue trading. Many families are considering camping and self catering options when it comes to their time away and some are even staying at home until the financial situation is more stable and interest rates drop. With some small companies going into closure there are many people who are struggling to find employment, especially in sectors such as construction where the instability is really being felt. So what alternatives are people considering when it comes to their vacations? One sector which seems to be hanging on and riding out the economic storm is that of the smaller hotel. The bed and breakfast trends at the moment are showing that these establishments of 8 or less letting rooms seem to be coping quite well. There are a number of reasons for their ability to manage in this less than favourable economic climate. One of the main factors is their suitability for short visits. If you are unable to afford a whole week or fortnight package vacation, you can be more flexible when booking at a bed and breakfast hotel. Short stays of only a couple of nights are possible and this can mean not only smaller bills, but less time taken off work... essential if you are self employed or do not have any paid vacation time from the your employer. Bed and breakfast trends show that most people only actually stay at the establishment for two or three nights. Another factor that causes the bed and breakfast trends to be favourable is the fact that many people stay in these establishments for reasons other than vacation. It may be for a short stay to visit relatives for a family party or perhaps a wedding. Bed and breakfast hotels are usually ideally placed in rural areas where it is sometimes difficult to find a hotel and those in smaller towns may end up being the only option if you need to stop over for a visit. Very often, even a recession will not be reason enough to miss out on a good family get together or wedding. Nearly 90% of bed and breakfast hotel owners are resident on the property and very often the letting rooms are an integral part of what was their family home. Because of this they do not have to consider some of the increasing rents that some slightly larger establishments are currently suffering. Many of their homes are already paid for and they have converted some of the family home into bed and breakfast facilities following the departure of a grown up family. This being the case, they are economically more able to keep the business going even if times get a little hard and the bed and breakfast trends are showing that they seem to be coping. As small businesses which are run independently by the owners, often you will find that they are able to offer some incentive to encourage people to book. It may be free breakfast or internet access. There is usually something that they can come up with which will set them apart at very little cost to themselves. Another benefit which may influence the bed and breakfast trends is the fact that, if it is owned by a couple, one of them may well have a job which will help to see them through a time when their income from the bed and breakfast is not as good as it could be. | Six Tips for Holiday Decorating |
It's that time of year again! You may be wondering how to transform your home into a holiday wonderland that you and your family can enjoy. Below are some tips that will help you make the most of your winter decorating. 1. Make it Last Holiday decorations are beautiful, and some people love the decorations for this time of year more than all the others. They aren't always able to enjoy them for very long, because many people don't put them up until the day after Thanksgiving and take them back down the day after New Years. That is mostly because of the Christmas theme that many decorations for this time of year have. One way to get more mileage out of your decorating is to start with a winter theme rather than a Christmas theme. Think cool colors and warm touches. You can start your winter decorating in the beginning of November. Then, as Christmas approaches you can add the typical touches of red, the Christmas trees and the Santas. When Christmas is over, you can remove the Christmas-y decorations while leaving your overall winter theme all the way until February. 2. Use Nature Winter decorating doesn't need to be all holiday oriented. Look outside for inspiration. Notice the ways the trees look, find ways to mimic the snow and the frost. While some think that winter trees look ugly without their leaves, others see in them a special kind of beauty. Use branches with no leaves to bring this winter look into your home. Fill a glass jar with white rocks to mimic snow and stick in the branches. This will provide a look that clearly says "winter". Pour artificial snow into smaller glass jars and arrange them on your mantle or on an easily visible shelf. Even if you live in a part of the country where snow is a rarity, you will be able to fill your house with thoughts of the white powder. Broken glass (thick glass works best) placed in a container looks like ice. Sprinkle with a little artificial snow for an extra frosty look. 3. Reflections Mirrors have an extra special place in holiday decorating. Place a mirror opposite your Christmas tree. The mirror will reflect the lights and give the room extra sparkle. Also, place a mirror opposite a grouping of candles (either real or electric), or place the candles directly in front of the mirror. This will help fill the room with a warm glow as the light of the candles dances on the mirror. 4. Trees Please To some people, nothing says holiday decorating more than a well-decorated tree. If that's how you feel, then why stop at just one? If you can't decide between whimsical decorations for your tree and a truly elegant creation, why not do both? Have 2-3 big trees in the main rooms and several smaller trees throughout the house. The kids will think it's a great treat to have a mini Christmas tree in their room. Allow them to decorate the tree any way they would like. Take pictures and in years to come you can look back and see how their decorating styles and skills have grown and changed. Having trees throughout the house will help bring out the Christmas spirit in all who enter! 5. Cards Some people hate to throw away all of the Christmas cards they receive. Some cards are so beautiful that it's easy to understand why. Instead of tossing them when the season is over, why not save them and use them to create a holiday display to use next year? Simply decoupage the cards to a piece of plywood for a display that is colorful, whimsical and reminds you of all the people who loved you enough to send you cards last year. 6. The Gift Corner All of those pretty packages are going to be torn to shreds on Christmas day. Until then, why not use them to create a festive looking corner in your home? If you have a LOT of gifts, simply stack them in a corner. If you have fewer gifts, put a small table in a corner and cover it with a red or holiday themed blanket. Then, stack your gifts on the table. Be creative and create a "gift tree" by having the pile get gradually smaller as it goes up. If you love the way your gift corner looks, be sure to take lots of pictures. It's going to be gone as soon as the little ones wake up Christmas morning! | Holy Summer Thriller, Batman! It's Showtime For Super-Hero Wines! |
Family-owned winemakers, Scott and Jana Harvey, celebrated the release of the latest Batman film by hosting a "Batman Barbeque Bash" at their Victorian home surrounded by the verdant vineyards in Napa Valley. They combined succulent baby-back ribs with choices of their own wines like refreshing InZinerator, Jana Napa Valley Riesling, One Last Kiss and the Jana Rose. Their handcrafted, sun-kissed InZinerator was a hit at gathering with its limited edition collector Super-Hero art labels and that it grabbed a Gold Medal at the California State Fair. "It makes summertime grilled chicken, meat, burgers, pizza or pasta totally rock," chimed one of their 20-something partygoers. Mr. Harvey, a leader in Amador County's starring role in the wine world, is a partner is California's oldest Zinfandel vineyard which dates from 1869 and also produces one of the top three Barberas in the world outside Italy. And his wines are featured at popular restaurants like, The Girl and the Fig, on Sonoma's Historic Old Plaza. In fact they've held-over Scott Harvey wines, by popular demand for a record two years on their wine by-the-glass list that is traditionally changed weekly. The Golden State's first vineyards were planted in 1769 at the San Diego Mission. Today, California is the fourth largest wine producer among the worlds 70-nations engaged in the 8,000 year old craft of winemaking. California produces 90% of U.S. wine exports, which adds $45 billion to the states economy, compared, say to Hollywood's total 2007 worldwide ticket sales of $25.6 billion. And Napa Valley is the epicenter of U.S. wines, added a glammy unnamed mystery woman in dark glasses and a trench coat. In this week of celebrations and tongue-in-cheek rivalry between the states two famed industries, bean counters noted that Batman (aka billionaire industrialist, Bruce Wayne) made Forbes List of Richest Comic Characters. Assets of The Caped Ones alter ego were calculated at a muscular $7 billion. The California Wine Association countered that Northern California's wine industry is the states second tourist destination after Disneyland. Super-Heroes All Around: Scott and Jana Harvey are passionate about their secret ingredient - premium grapes that bask in mountain warmth and are blended with the same kind of meticulous artistry that is devoted to creating a BMW, Apple notebook or a fine import cheese from Whole Foods. Every sip of Scott and Jana's wines contains the sensuous taste of glorious Napa Valley. As the temperature rose, guests cheered at the opening of more bottles of icy wine, which promised to rescue them from the menacing summer heat. Jana Harvey, who entertained in legendary style, revealed her trick, "Our refreshing One Last Kiss with an ice cube helps me to keep my cool." Soon darkness approached and the warmth faded in Napa Valley, the dangers of Gotham City evaporated from all of their minds. | Ten Reasons You Should Own a Custom Chopper |
Custom choppers are the Mercedes of motorcycles, and they are as much fun to own as any super-luxury vehicle. I'm certain that when you see a custom chopper, you wish you had one for youself. Here's ten reasons to buy a custom chopper... 1. FUN! Yes, this is the first and foremost reason. You will have more fun with a custom chopper than just about any other investment you make. Cars are fun, sure, but they simply don't provide the "in the wind" feeling that can only be obtained with a motorcycle and a custom chopper will make people stop and notice and that's always fun. 2. Resale value. Just like a car, motorcycles depreciate with time. At least stock motorcycles do. But custom rides and antiques don't in fact they can appreciate if you continue adding value to your ride. 3. Breaking out of the status quo. Just anyone can own a stock motorcycle. Harley dealers have great stock bikes that anyone who has the money can buy. Newspapers abound with ads for stock motorcycles that are being sold by an owner often because they want to upgrade and get their first custom chopper. That's the status quo in motorcycles. If you want to break away and stand out in the crowd, a custom chopper will do that for you! 4. Custom choppers are accepted by all motorcycle riders. Have you ever noticed that the Harley riders will accept custom choppers that aren't Harley builds much more easily than they will any other type of motorcycle? It's true, if your bike is a custom chop, even if the drive train is not Harley, the Harley rides will not shun you or make nasty. 5. Your custom chopper can reflect your personality. If you purchase a stock bike, there will be hundreds of thousands of people who have exactly the same scoot as yours. With a custom chopper, you can provide input and customization that reflects who you are. 6. Riding comfort is another reason to customize. By choosing the frame, engine, risers, handle bars, saddle and parts that create your custom chopper, you can create the chop that is most comfortable for YOU, the rider. 7. Pizzazz. You can add as much shiny, eye-blinding chrome as you choose; or you can have as little as you choose. If you want lots of fringe, accessories the custom chop to include fringe all over. If you want a very stark, minimalistic ride, you can have that too! How much pizzazz you add is your choice and only your choice! 8. Head turn factor. You can guarantee, no matter what custom chopper design you settle on, you will turn heads. You can add all the "head turn" factor to you chopper you desire. If you want, you can create something that is drop-dead unique and turn every head you encounter. But if you aren't a glutton for attention, you may choose a more simplistic design. 9. Make it solo. If you get sick and tired of the "can I ride with you?" questions and simply don't want anyone to ride behind you, choose a solo saddle design that provides you an excuse, "my bike only rides one ME!" 10. Ego. Yes, we all have ego, don't we? That's what makes us what to be different to begin with. And a great ego stroke is riding out of your truly unique, one-of-a-kind custom chopper. Just don't let it go to your head! After all, you still want your friends to love you and ride with you!
